2. Prof. M. M. Javali served as member of BOS/BOE Karnatak University Dharwad. Member at Paper setter and BOE & KPSC, Bangluru.
3. Chaired 4 Technical Sections in Conference / Seminar .

1. Served as Subject Expert in Assist. Prof. Political Science Orientation Programme Organized by Higher Education academy Dharwad.
2. Served as Subject Expert in CBSC Syllabus framing committee Dept. of Political Sci. KUD.
3. Served as Master Trainer for ELC Nodal officers for the year 2019-20, Organized by Zila PAnchayat Dharwad.

1. Prof. M. M. Javali received “District Level Best Nodal Officer  Award – 2019, awarded by District Administration Zilla Panchayat Dharwad. (The Chief State Election Commission, awarded “State Best ELC Award” for the year 2019-20, the award was presented by Shri. Vajuwala, Governor, GoK”.
2. Innovative teaching methods and techniques are used in teaching-learning activities : Yes (PPT, Seminars, Filed Visit, Project Work etc..)
3. Project work for advance learners of  B. A VI semester Students and also organize Competitions like Easy and collage competitions on the eve of national voters day.
4. Tests and Assignments are incorporated with regular teaching learning process for the reinforcement of the topics : Yes.

2. National Commission for women New Delhi. Govt, of India, Sponsored, “Three Day’s Legal awareness workshop / Quiz for Women”.
3. Zilla Panchayat Dharwad Sponsored, “District level one day workshop for Degree College ELC Noddal Officer and for College Ambassador”.
4. Zilla Panchayat Dharwad Sponsored,” District level Cycle Rally to create Voting awareness during the Parliamentary election 2019.

(II) 12 Special lectures are organized by the Department :-

1. 1. Celebration of National Voters Day is unique function of the Department.
   2. Organize function on Human Rights regularly.
   3. c. The Department since 2018 conducting value added course on Electoral   Literacy Education .
